Coaching and Mentoring .org/advisors provides Organizational Coaching and Executive Leadership Coaching as well as one-on-one Executive Mentoring. Our Coaching services are designed to assist organizational leaders, including boards, to develop a broad set of improved leadership skills that will allow them to better identify opportunities and challenges that directly impact the organizational mission and growth. The goal of effective coaching is skill development and refinement that is relevant across a broad range of applications. These sessions can be designed for individuals, teams, boards, or entire organizations. We have provided standalone and ongoing Coaching to more than two dozen organizations around the world.
Mentoring is the situational sharing of expertise and experiential learnings that are applicable to a specific issue. This usually occurs in regularly scheduled, limited conversations in which current, well-defined challenges are discussed, and explicit advice is requested and shared. The goal of mentoring is specific problem identification and resolution. We currently mentor a select group of individual organizational leaders globally.
